This Privacy Policy explains how Appgenesis ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and handles your data when you use the "Sketch2Diagram for Confluence" application ("the App").

1. Architecture and Data Storage

Sketch2Diagram for Confluence is built on the Atlassian Forge platform. This means the App is hosted within Atlassian's secure cloud infrastructure.

• Diagram Data: All diagrams you create are stored directly within your Confluence instance using Atlassian Forge Hosted Storage.
• No Vendor Servers: Appgenesis does not have its own databases or servers. We do not collect, store, or transmit your Confluence pages, diagrams, or usage data to any external Appgenesis servers.
• No Access: We do not have access to your Confluence data, customer information, or personal identifiable information (PII).

2. Third-Party Services (Google Gemini API)

To convert your sketches into digital diagrams, the App utilizes the Google Gemini API.

• When you upload a sketch, the image file is securely transmitted to the Google Gemini API for the sole purpose of AI vision processing and generating diagram syntax.
• No Model Training: Under Google's enterprise API terms, data sent via the Gemini API is not used to train Google's underlying AI models.
• The image is processed ephemerally and is not retained by Google or Appgenesis after the diagram syntax is returned to your Confluence instance.

3. Personal Data

The App does not require, collect, or process any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) beyond what Atlassian inherently requires for you to use Confluence.
